The Head of Sales (HOS) oversees all aspects of sales and business development, including service delivery, customer relationship management, and business growth with designated accounts. The primary focus is to develop sales aligned with budget targets, expand and strengthen the customer base through improved relationships, and identify new opportunities with existing and potential clients. The HOS will also be responsible for implementing best practices within the sales function, including the adoption of CRM and other IT tools to support business growth.
Develop sales revenue in line with budget requirements.

Proven success in a technical sales environment.
