Knowledge of compliance best practices. Awareness of internal compliance procedures, controls, and risk management practices. Basic understanding of regulatory frameworks. Experience in a compliance, risk, audit, legal, or administrative support role in a regulated environment Complete compliance spreadsheets and check sheets, monitoring branch progress Keeping business up to date through the completion of compliance questionnaires Assist with adhoc audits, the completion of various Compliance spreadsheets and check sheets, monitoring the progress Administrate various Compliance training activities across HQ i.e. e-Learning Upload and maintain policies and procedures on the Branch intranet Liaise with the business units to maintain compliance and awareness To be considered for this role you must- Strong understanding of policies, legislation and regulation Co-ordination of Employee Training Ability to work on own initiative. Ability to undertake a variety of analysis and maintain accuracy and quality Strong report writing skills.
