Teamwork Partnership are recruiting for an experienced Inventory Manager / Stock Manager to join a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment.
This is a key operational role responsible for managing stock accuracy, inventory processes, and team performance, ensuring products are available to meet customer demand while maintaining cost control and compliance.
Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Management
* Manage and monitor stock levels to ensure continuous supply
* Oversee cycle counts, investigations, and stock reporting
* Ensure inventory accuracy and minimise stock loss
* Maintain compliance with SOX and internal stock control processes
Reporting & Performance
* Produce daily/weekly inventory and performance reports
* Monitor KPIs and ensure targets are achieved
* Analyse discrepancies and implement corrective actions (RCA / 8D)
Team Management
* Lead, manage, and develop the stock control team
* Conduct appraisals, 1-2-1s, and training
* Ensure team performance aligns with KPIs and operational targets
