 
        
        Research & Data Officer (Development & Alumni Relations)
Join Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford as a Research & Data Officer within our Development and Alumni team. This role supports the Associate Director of Operations and works closely with the Prospect Research Manager to identify, manage, and provide insights on potential donors to help drive our fundraising portfolio.
Grade 6: £35,681 - £41,636 per annum (inclusive of the Oxford University weighting of £1,730 per annum)
Contract: Permanent, full time (37.5 hours per week)
Key responsibilities:
 * Implement a robust prospect identification schedule in collaboration with the Prospect Research Manager to produce a steady flow of new donor prospects.
 * Work with the Database Officer to appraise, audit, and manage prospect pools, ensuring smooth fundraising operations.
 * Act as a champion for GDPR and data management regulations, upholding best practices within the team.
 * Research and produce profiles on alumni, prospective donors, and other stakeholders as required.
Required skills and experience:
 * Strong research skills and background in prospect research, information management or a related field.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
 * Experience producing clear, accurate reports.
 * Strong time management skills to meet deadlines effectively.
 * Right to work in the UK is mandatory.
