Join to apply for the Administrator (Back Office) role at Texas Medical Marketplace.
We’re looking for someone with excellent administration skills to join our busy back‑office functions team at Royal Primary Care based at our Grangewood site in Chesterfield. The role involves working within the Recalls and Finance Teams.
37.5 hours per week – Full Time permanent position.
Responsibilities
* Monthly claims to ensure maximum income
* Maintain the QOF registers (Quality Outcome Framework)
* Call patients as part of the recalls systems and process.
* Update and/or undertake searches as appropriate with the recalls/data process and collation of data.
* Process invoices as appropriate and in accordance with the process.
* Ensure spreadsheets are maintained and up to date.
* Produce reports on Excel and IT systems.
* Undertake system searches to facilitate recall process.
* Undertake a variety of administrative duties to assist in the smooth running of the practice, including secretarial and clerical support to clinical staff and other team members.

Requirements
* Self‑motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Prioritise own workload and work under pressure to meet deadlines and targets.
* Analytical skills with keen attention to detail and accurate data input.
* Strong IT skills – Excel, Word, MS Teams, Outlook.
* GCSE/Functional Skills in English & Maths Level C/Grade 4, ability to follow instructions, pro‑active approach to learning, problem solver.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications
* Medical terminology
* NVQ or equivalent in Business Administration
* Knowledge of the NHS environment and SystmOne (or equivalent)
* Previous read‑coding experience
