In this position, you will oversee customer relationships, respond to client enquiries and communicating progress accurately and professionally to the client ensuring businesses maximise the value of our ERP software. Initially you will be assisting with first-line technical support to resolve queries effectively. Your ability to build long-term client partnerships and provide strategic and technical guidance will be crucial to our success.
