Job Description The Role
Are you an experienced customer service or support professional ready to elevate your career?
Do you want a clear path to becoming a Customer Service Manager—and eventually a Commercial Director? If so, we want to hear from you.
This unique dual-role opportunity combines key account management with entry-level helpdesk support for ERP solutions. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth system performance while delivering outstanding service and customer satisfaction.

In this position, you will oversee customer relationships, respond to client enquiries and communicating progress accurately and professionally to the client ensuring businesses maximise the value of our ERP software. Initially you will be assisting with first-line technical support to resolve queries effectively. Your ability to build long-term client partnerships and provide strategic and technical guidance will be crucial to our success.

Act as a trusted advisor for clients, understanding their ERP needs.
