Operations Coordinator (3-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

We are supporting an innovative organisation within the energy sector in the search for an Operations Coordinator to join their team on an initial 3-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension.
This is a varied and fast-paced role that sits at the heart of a busy operations function. Working closely with internal teams, external stakeholders and customers, you will help coordinate projects, manage operational activities and ensure information, reporting and processes are delivered accurately and on time.
The role would suit an organised and proactive individual who enjoys managing multiple priorities, working with data and documentation, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
The Role
• Coordinating operational activities and supporting project delivery
• Preparing, maintaining and updating project documentation throughout the project lifecycle
• Planning, scheduling and tracking key activities and milestones
• Producing reports and maintaining accurate records
• Managing, validating and analysing data
• Acting as a key point of contact for customer and stakeholder queries, ensuring timely resolution
• Monitoring workloads and supporting delivery against agreed deadlines and KPIs
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects and activities remain on track
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
• Supporting the wider team with operational and administrative activities as required
About You
• Previous experience within an Operations Coordinator, Project Coordinator, Project Support or similar role
• Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• Experience producing reports, maintaining documentation and working with data
• Confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience using CRM systems or Dynamics 365 would be advantageous
• Previous experience within the energy sector would be beneficial but is not essential
