Description Role Overview We are seeking a MAIQS, MAIQS (CQS), or MRICS Full Member to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to gain hands‑on experience within a supportive national team, contributing to a diverse range of projects and working alongside experienced professionals. Key Responsibilities Support the preparation of: Financier costing reports and progress claims Reinstatement Cost Assessments (insurance valuations) Capital Works Fund forecasts Tax Depreciation Schedules for residential and commercial assets Conduct site inspections, take measurements, and collect data for costing and reporting. Liaise professionally with clients, property managers, and internal stakeholders. Maintain accurate project documentation and contribute to compliance reporting. Skills And Experiences Essential Requirements: Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Property Economics, or another built‑environment discipline. Current driver’s licence and access to a roadworthy vehicle for site travel. Full professional membership : AIQS ( MAIQS / MAIQS CQS ) or RICS ( MRICS ) — Mandatory Requirement.
