Job Title: Client Accountant
Salary: Up to £35,000 DOE
Location: Ware
Contract: Permanent, full-time
Hours: Monday to Friday – 8.30am-5:00pm

Key responsibilities of the Client Accountant:
* Preparation of year-end accounts for Micro entities and SME’s.
* Preparation and submission of client’s VAT returns.
* Preparation of personal and corporate tax computations and returns.
* Compiling and presenting reports, budgets, business plans for clients.
* Preparation of management accounts for clients.
The ideal candidate will:
* Have accountancy practice experience which is essential for this role
* Be AAT or ACCA qualified
* Proven knowledge in accounting principles & good technical knowledge
* Experience with Xero is essential. QuickBooks & Free Agent preferable
* Must possess good organisational skills
* Good time management with ability to work to deadlines
* Be comfortable meeting clients face to face
