Process Experimentalist

If so, our client is looking for a dynamic Process Experimentalist to join their team! This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your expertise in particle science and powder handling while supporting innovative projects.
Role Purpose:
As a Process Experimentalist, you will provide critical experimental and technical support, contributing to the development and improvement of manufacturing processes for both new and existing products. Your scientific input will help shape the future of fine chemical processing and manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
Safety First: Uphold HSE standards as an integral part of your role and ensure compliance with site, company, and regulatory requirements.
Experimental Design: Prepare laboratory experimental programs to assess powder handling properties and particle characteristics under the guidance of the Team Leader.
Data Analysis: Generate comprehensive reports, summaries, and presentations to communicate project progress and results to stakeholders.
Innovative Contributions: Contribute to inventions, designs, and other intellectual assets, driving forward-thinking solutions.
What You'll Bring:
A Bachelor's degree or higher in a physical science discipline or chemical/process engineering (Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Physics).
Lab Experience: Proficiency in physical property measurement (e.g., melting point determination, spectroscopy) and physical characterisation techniques (e.g., particle size analysis, microscopy).
Curiosity & Initiative: A strong desire to learn about particle science and conduct lab experiments.
Team Player: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to foster a positive working environment. Desirable Skills:
Experience in automation of experimental data analysis is a plus!
Familiarity with the challenges of working in an industrial environment.
Awareness of HSE procedures and process safety in laboratory settings.
