This is a role for someone with a track record in the construction industry, who is commercially strong, self-sufficient, and aligned with a more purposeful way of working.

The Role
You will operate as a senior hire within the business, owning and growing your own desk while contributing to the wider direction and culture of Harken Search.#
This is a fully remote role, offering autonomy, flexibility, and trust with the expectation that you bring the experience and professionalism to match.
You will:
Develop, manage, and grow your own client base within the construction sector
Deliver end-to-end search assignments at a senior level
Build long-term, trusted relationships with clients and candidates
Manage your own pipeline, delivery, and revenue
Represent Harken Searchs values in every interaction
What matters most is a strong track record within construction and the ability to win and deliver work independently.
Experience in residential construction is essential for this position.
