Lincoln Property Company is excited to invite passionate individuals to apply for the role of Assistant Property Manager. In this dynamic position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Property Managers in overseeing a diverse portfolio of commercial, industrial, or retail properties. What You'll Do:

As an Assistant Property Manager, your responsibilities will include:

* Service Excellence: Ensure that all services align with our policies, regulations, and standards.
* Financial Oversight: Review and recommend approvals for vendor invoices, ensuring compliance with management agreements.
* Reporting: Assist in preparing timely and accurate monthly reports and budget packages for clients.
* Tenant Relations: Respond to tenant needs and coordinate move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a smooth transition.
* Property Management: Conduct regular property inspections and recommend maintenance or alterations as needed.
* Emergency Preparedness: Help develop and implement emergency response plans and organize training drills.
* Team Collaboration: Contribute to team performance by suggesting improvements to systems and processes.
* Client Communication: Prepare and deliver accurate reports to clients in a timely manner.

What We're Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you should have:

* A Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) preferred, with 1-2 years of related experience in commercial properties.
* Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
* A solid understanding of financial terms and principles.
* Excellent organizational skills and a proactive mindset.
* A desire to develop leadership skills and build consensus within teams.
* The ability to travel to assigned properties as needed.
* Flexibility to work after hours or during emergencies when required.


Working Conditions:

This position is 100% in-office, requiring you to work during standard business hours. Remote work is not an option for this role.
