About Our Clients
Our client, is looking for an experienced Chef, ideally who has experience of working in a nursery or school environment, and has a full understanding of cooking for children and babies. Hours will be monday to friday 7.30am to 5pm, delivering meals to around 60 children on a daily basis. Ideally you will have a level 3 Food Hygiene qualification, together with qualifications in Food preparation and cooking. Salary is up to £35k depending on qualifications and experience.

Level 2 or above in Food & Hygiene
Qualifications in cooking, food preparation
Experience in a nursery or school setting as a Chef
Knowledge of children's portions, food allergies and cooking for large numbers
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food production and culinary techniques
Proficient in menu planning, recipe development and cost control
Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
