Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Sales Surveyor, based in Leigh-On-Sea, with some flexibility for remote work. The responsibilities include meeting clients, measuring and assessing installation needs, preparing accurate and professional quotes, and recommending tailored shutter and blind solutions. The role also involves working collaboratively with the sales and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction and closing sales in alignment with company targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales and client relationship management
• Strong skills in measurement, surveying, and evaluating customer requirements
• Proficiency in preparing detailed quotes and proposals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with self-motivation and a results-driven attitude
• Knowledge of shutters, blinds, or home improvement products and services, or a willingness to learn
• Proficiency in using relevant software tools, such as MS Office
