About The Job
MBDA is looking for several Systems Integration Engineers to join the Integration and System Validation Strike Weapons team.
Salary: Up to £50,000 depending on experience
Hybrid working: 2-3 days per week on-site due to workload
Security Clearance: British Citizen or Dual UK national with British citizenship. All successful candidates will need to undergo BPSS checks managed by MBDA.

The Opportunity
Seeking a Systems Proving Engineer to:
* Coordinate with stakeholders to plan trials demonstrating integration and gather evidence for MBDA strike weapons on new platforms.
* Analyze and report on system behavior across interfaces.
* Conduct trials in various environments:
o Virtualised software platforms
o Lab-based rigs
o Platform integration and acceptance trials
o System of Systems trials
o Firing trials
* Support failure investigations and system safety activities.
This role involves UK travel, with potential opportunities abroad.

Skills:
* Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
* Ability to liaise effectively with engineering and management stakeholders.
Beneficial but not essential (training provided):
* Experience with IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management
* Experience with Jira
* Software/script writing skills
