Strategic Sales Manager : Uncapped Commission

Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 per year, uncapped commission.
MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEARS SALES EXPERIENCE.
My client is seeking a driven and strategic Sales professional to accelerate growth by winning new business and expanding relationships with large scale organisations. You will own the full sales cycle, build a strong pipeline, and position the workspace solutions to senior decision makers in major enterprises.
Key Responsibilities
* Source, engage and convert new clients through strategic outreach and proactive prospecting
* Manage the full sales cycle, from first to contract close, ensuring strong pipeline momentum
* Develop account plans to expand wallet share and deepen executive-level relationships
* Work with brokers, advisors and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and maximise market presence
Qualifications
* Proven success in B2B solution selling and new business development
* Experience engaging C-suite stakeholders and managing long-cycle, consultative deals
* Commercial acumen with strong negotiation, forecasting and pipeline management skills
* Background in sales, commercial real estate or enterprise services
