Overview
The Project Manager oversees the planning, implementation, and closing of specific projects with defined beginnings and ends, and specified deliverables. The Project Manager owns the timeline and budget and ensures customer satisfaction, supported by the Project Engineer who owns the technical solution. The PM ensures the project is completed on time and within budget, objectives are met, outcomes are achieved, and the project team fulfills their roles. The PM should have a detailed understanding of project management principles and methodologies to oversee projects with efficient use of resources and stakeholder satisfaction.
Knowledge required includes strong decision-making abilities, highly developed organizational skills, and effective communication at all levels within and outside the company to explain project management processes.
Responsibilities
* Plan the project: Define the scope in collaboration with colleagues; create a detailed work plan identifying activities; assist with determining required resources; develop a schedule for project completion; determine objectives for evaluation at completion.
* Implement the project: Execute according to the agreed plan; complete forms and records to document activities; maintain files to ensure information is documented and secured; monitor progress and recommend adjustments; establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders; review the quality of work to maintain project standards.
* Control the project: Manage day-to-day operational aspects; work with stakeholders to ensure effective implementation; ensure documents are complete and stored properly; write reports on the project; monitor budgeted expenditure.
* Evaluate the project: Ensure deliverables are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards; evaluate outcomes; adhere to operations Run Books and global processes; contribute to continual improvement; coordinate with clients, architects, consultants and staff through delivery and presales as required; communicate effectively with internal staff and external parties; coordinate multiple projects simultaneously; conduct lessons learned meetings; perform other duties as assigned.

* Audio DSP (Polycom, ClearOne, BiAmp) knowledge or certifications desirable
* Willingness to pursue and attend additional training related to the job
