Due to ongoing success and company expansion, my client are looking to add to their skilled team with the addition of a Quality Inspector, the client specialize within the classic car industry!
We are looking for an ambitious Quality Inspector, good at working in a team. If you’re a driven & highly motivated person wishing to craft out a successful and rewarding future in what is a truly unique environment, this could be the role for you.
THE ROLE:
* Incoming component inspection and reporting. Using all relevant equipment to complete tasks.
* Raising and closing off non-conformance reports.
* Sample inspection and reporting.
* Working with suppliers to understand relevant processes.
* Process Production returns to supplier.
* Update component information on the ERP system.
* Raise ECNs (engineering change notices) for processing where necessary.
* Fault finding with Production team when product issue arises.
THE PERSON:
* HNC or HND in relevant discipline (ideally)
* Experienced in dealing with Suppliers.
* Experience in similar role – inspecting parts and raising NCR’s.
