Job role, key duties and responsibilities
* Supporting the team: Developing, motivating, and supervising the baking team
* Ensuring quality: Maintaining high standards for baked goods and customer service
* Maintaining safety: Ensuring the bakery is clean and safe by following health regulations and food safety best practices
* Managing stock: Ordering ingredients and maintaining stock levels
* Training: Training and mentoring new bakers
* Managing time: Prioritizing tasks and meeting production deadlines
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene practices
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
* Creativity and adaptability to changing demands
Passion for baking and delivering high-quality baked goods
Any other reasonable task to facilitate the smooth running of the bakery
Follow health and safety procedures and company policies.
Rate of Pay
From - £13.50 per hour
