Manchester based hybrid working 2 days in the office.


This is a fantastic opportunity for a National Account Executive to work for a well-established Manchester based Drinks business with exciting growth plans. Initially on a 12 month fixed term contract basis, the person they are looking to hire will be an integral part of the Commercial team, providing essential support to the National Account Managers.


About the role

You will play a key role in managing the product portfolio, ensuring the smooth operation of commercial activities including maintaining accurate pricing, submitting new product forms, coordinating promotional activity and forecasting volume. Your will play a lead role in maintaining strong relationships with the customer base, with regular involvement in account development to help uncover new business opportunities and profitable growth. This role will provide the job-holder with a potential opportunity to progress into an Account Manager role in the longer term


About the person

To be considered for this role, you will need to have experience in a Commercial role in an FMCG or retail environment, with a strong preference for experience in the wine industry. You will have excellent planning, organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.

You will also have exceptional communications skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
