Responsibilities
* Ensure routine maintenance is carried out on all electrical and mechanical systems to meet expected service levels and agreed SLAs.
* Carry out reactive repairs on all systems as required, calling relevant sub‑contractors.
* Carry out all PPM maintenance according to the instruction set provided in Concept.
* Report PPM defects via the KPMG defect process and liaise with the supervisor of defect requirements.
* Keep weekly equipment reports updated with any change in status of equipment.
* Liaise with sub‑contractors for repairs and quotations, monitor performance, ensuring works are correct and the site is left satisfactory.
* Sign off completed PPM and reactive tasks via PDA in line with KPMG policies and procedures in a timely manner.
* Ensure a professional image of CBRE is presented to clients and visitors and deliver excellent customer service.
* Establish and maintain a good working relationship with the client representative and client personnel.
* Ensure compliance with all company and client site safety, health and working arrangements.
* Accurately maintain site logs and associated paperwork.
* Participate in the call‑out rota when required.
* Understand and maintain all systems on site.
* Liaise with other trade engineers to ensure electrical issues are resolved within SLA agreements.
* Maintain professional and technical skills through a commitment to personal development and lifelong learning.
Qualifications
* Good basic education, proficient written and spoken English and basic mathematical skills.
* Recognized electrical qualification: C&G 17th Edition in Electrical Installations, C&G Test and Inspection Knowledge.
* Strong knowledge of building electrical systems and Planned Preventative Maintenance regimes.
* Current knowledge of BS standards relevant to electrical systems on site (Emergency lighting, Fire alarm, Power, BMS, etc.).
* Experience delivering structured PPM programmes.
* Experience working with business‑critical equipment.
* Experience in a customer‑focused role.
* Prior experience leading health and safety initiatives.
* Experience managing electrical systems and paperwork.
* Commitment to excellent customer service.
* Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions.
* Good time‑keeping and reliability.
* Reliable and self‑directed, able to work without supervision.
* Team player with strong communication skills.
* Availability for call‑out rota, shift work, work between London region KPMG sites, weekend and out‑of‑hours work as required.

The job purpose is to carry out planned preventative maintenance, reactive works to building plant, equipment and systems in accordance with agreed service levels, undertake small installation works and respond to site engineering emergencies.
