Key Responsibilities, SENCo, Brent:
* Lead and embed inclusive practice in line with the SEND Code of Practice (2014).
* Maintain and manage the SEND register and profile across the school.
* Coordinate effective interventions, EHC plan applications, and student reviews.
* Support and develop staff through training and mentoring to embed Quality First Teaching.
* Track student progress using academic and behavioural data to identify and address barriers to learning.
* Work closely with external agencies in Redbridge to provide additional support where needed.
* Manage SEND administration including policies, budgets, reporting, and compliance.
