Field Sales Advisor – Virgin Media O2
£26,228 basic salary, plus uncapped commission (OTE approx £46,228).

Responsibilities
* Knocking on doors and creating new opportunities from scratch in your patch.
* Building rapport, understanding customer needs and turning conversations into commissions.
* Following up leads, managing your own pipeline and treating your area like your own business.
* Representing Virgin Media O2 and introducing customers to broadband, mobile and TV products.
* Meeting daily sales targets and earning uncapped commission.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Full UK driving licence.
* Ability to work 12:00pm–8:00pm shifts.
* Confident communicator who enjoys meeting new people.
* Resilient, motivated and target‑driven individual.
* Positive, can‑do attitude and real desire to earn.

Leicester. Full‑time: 37.5 hours per week. Typical shifts: 12:00pm–8:00pm.
Training
Two weeks of full‑time training Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm covering product knowledge, sales systems and on‑the‑job learning with ongoing support.
