A respected secondary school in Warwick is looking to appoint an organised and discreet HR & Personnel Administrator to join its support staff team from January 2026. The Role You will support all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment administration, onboarding, contracts, absence tracking and maintaining confidential staff records. The role works closely with senior leaders and external HR providers to ensure compliance and best practice.
