Finnebrogue is a UK‑based food producer within the global Sofina Foods Group, operating from four facilities in Downpatrick, Northern Ireland. The company supplies major supermarkets with its own‑label bacon, sausages, burgers, vegetarian products, and its pioneering Naked range made without nitrites.
Job Purpose
Working as part of a team and reporting to the Technical Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring Finnebrogue continues to meet all quality and technical standards set nationally and by our partners. You will ensure all products meet standards, carry out production tasks to specification/SOPs, collect samples of all production runs, ensure correct operation of metal detectors, check weight and Olympus systems, conduct audits, and highlight any issues during the shift.

The successful candidate will have relevant work experience, the ability to work as part of a team, and good attention to detail.
