We are currently looking for an experienced PCB Assembler to join a well‑established electronics manufacturing environment. This is a hands‑on position suited to someone with a good eye for detail and experience working with electronic components to a high standard.
As a PCB Assembler, your duties will include:
* Assembling PCBs using through‑hole and/or surface mount techniques
* Working from engineering drawings and assembly instructions
* Soldering to IPC standards
* Inspecting assembled boards to ensure quality standards are met
* Maintaining a clean and organised workstation
This PCB Assembler role operates on a rotating shift pattern:
* Early shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm
* Late shift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
o Early finish at 8:00pm on Fridays when working the late shift
As a PCB Assembler you will receive the below:
* Hourly rate: £12.73 per hour
* Shift allowance: £1.09 per hour (on top of base rate)
* Stable, ongoing work

The successful PCB Assembler will ideally have the below skills and experience:
* Previous experience as a PCB Assembler or in electronics assembly
* Confident soldering skills
* Ability to work accurately and follow technical instructions
* Reliable and comfortable working rotating shifts
