My client is a large media group, and they're able to reach over millions of consumers within the UK on a weekly basis.
The Job
As the Performance Marketing Manager your responsibilities will include:
Act as the marketing team's subject matter expert, leading acquisition strategies
Plan and execute campaigns across Paid Social, Paid Search, ASA, Google UAC, and more
Analyse and optimise performance using analytics tools; collaborate on ASO to boost visibility and installs
Work closely with Brand, Product, and Analytics teams to align on goals and user insights
Build strong connections with agencies and partners.
You
2+ years in performance marketing, ideally in entertainment, media, or entertainment.
Self-starter with strong autonomy and leadership in digital marketing
Expert in performance marketing across Paid Social, Paid Search, ASA, Google UAC, and app stores
Strong creative instincts with a keen eye for detail and a record of impactful campaigns.
Skilled in Apple Search Ads, Google Analytics, Ads platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok), and MMPs like AppsFlyer
Strong project manager, able to juggle multiple campaigns and stakeholders
Strategic and creative thinker with a keen eye for data-driven insights and impactful campaigns
