Role Description
Due to expansion and growth there is an opportunity for a production manager to join our growing team. This is a full‑time, on‑site role, located in Ramsbottom, for a Production Manager. The Production Manager will oversee and coordinate manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols. Responsibilities include planning production schedules, supervising staff, ensuring production targets are achieved, and implementing process improvements. The role also involves inventory management, ensuring machinery is maintained, and liaising with other departments to meet organisational goals.

* Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production scheduling, and quality control procedures
* Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise staff effectively
