At Asda Opticians, there is nothing more important than the health and wellbeing of our customers. Our priority is to always put them first by delivering high-quality patient care and service.
A typical day involves completing eye examinations, contact lens fittings, and extended service examinations. You will work alongside our Dispensing Optician Manager to support training, coaching, and maintaining departmental standards.
Due to our extended service contracts with the NHS, we are committed to providing a wide range of care for eye conditions and will support you in gaining any additional accreditations needed to deliver these services.
At Asda, we are passionate about providing our Optometrists with comprehensive training to fulfill their roles and enhance their skills. We offer a fantastic CPD programme and protected time for further accreditations, funded by Asda, to meet the evolving eye care needs of our customers. Our goal is to develop and support you to reach your full potential.
With support from in-store, regional, and head office teams, you will be fully supported in all aspects of your role, whether clinical or service-related, with expert advice always available.
