Overview
Full Time, Fixed Term – 9 months (potentially extendable).
Responsibilities
* Manage a patch in Bristol supporting residents to maintain their tenancies.
* Deal with cases of antisocial behaviour and breaches of tenancy.
* Collaborate with partner agencies, support services, and the police to ensure estates are places where tenants feel proud to live.
* Attend case conferences to discuss serious criminal activity and visit vulnerable tenants with support workers.
* Provide individualised support to a broad range of tenants, ensuring successful tenancy maintenance.
Qualifications
* Experience in housing or public sector services.
* Understanding of issues affecting social housing tenants.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse groups.
* Experience with equity and diversity issues.
