The Role As Client Manager, you will: Manage a portfolio of clients while mentoring junior colleagues Prepare financial statements for limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders Oversee quarterly VAT returns Prepare personal and corporate tax computations and returns Build strong client relationships through direct communication and trusted advice About You ACA/ACCA/AAT qualified (or qualified by experience) Proven experience in accounts preparation (IRIS, QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or similar) Strong organisational skills, proactive and detail-focused Confident communicator and natural team player Comfortable with Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook) What’s on Offer Competitive salary: £40,000 – £50,000 (depending on experience) Hybrid working (1–2 days from home each week) 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays) 5% pension contribution Long service awards Free on-site parking A friendly, supportive culture that values work–life balance
