Registered Care Manager (Level 5)
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 (DOE) + COMPETITIVE + ATTRACTIVE COMPANY BONUS
Location: Birmingham with occasional days in Leicestershire and East Midlands
About the Role
* Oversee daily operations, ensuring CQC compliance and service excellence
* Lead inspections and maintain regulatory standards
* Manage staff recruitment, training, and development
* Drive service growth, manage budgets, and seek new business opportunities including applying for tenders
* Deliver effective, person-centred care planning alongside multidisciplinary teams
* Conduct audits and implement service improvements
What We're Looking For
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management in Adult Care
* Proven Good CQC track record
* Minimum 5 years' management experience in home care, domiciliary, or residential settings
* Strong knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding, and the Mental Capacity Act
* Experience in mental health, learning disabilities, and autism services
* Excellent leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
* Able to apply for tendering opportunities
* Full UK driving licence
