We are seeking a passionate and resilient SEMH Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school in Salisbury.
This is a full-time role supporting pupils aged 4 to 18 with social, emotional and mental health needs, alongside additional diverse learning challenges. You will be working closely with teachers and other professionals to create a supportive and inclusive environment where every child feels safe, understood and motivated to achieve.
Experience working with children with diverse needs is essential, as you will be required to adapt to different learning styles and behaviours while providing consistent encouragement and guidance.
