Working with the team, you'll help with the creation and delivery of a Summer of Play that brings Speke Hall to life for our visitors, creating magical memories that will encourage them to visit all year round. The programme will celebrate each property's unique characteristics and Spirit of Place to create meaningful connections with our visitors each time they visit.You will ensure we provide an enjoyable visitor experience, consistently exceeding visitors’ expectations. You may also be involved in outreach engagement activities and events. Understanding how and why we engage our supporters is key. You’ll help link everything we do back to our cause and the on-going work we do.You’ll help deliver high standards of presentation to ensure that our day-to-day visitor experience is in tip-top condition to ensure visitors have the best visit possible. You will work alongside and support volunteers and delivery partners to bring our experiences to life to grow audiences and broaden appeal. You’ll likely to be checking standards of presentation on site and support the evaluation of visitor programming to continuously improve service and experiences across the portfolio.
