The role is ideal for a creative leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building rather than maintaining, and is comfortable operating hands-on while shaping long-term creative strategy.The RoleOwn and define the brand’s creative vision across campaigns, content, packaging, digital, and retail touchpointsLead all creative and marketing activity, ensuring consistency, quality, and brand integrityTranslate brand strategy into clear creative direction for freelancers, agencies, and future in-house teamsWork hands-on with external partners in the initial phaseBuild, structure, and scale an in-house creative and marketing function over timeOversee storytelling, visual identity, and campaign concepts across GCC and future global marketsPartner closely with founders and leadership on brand evolution and market expansionEnsure creative output supports commercial objectives, launch timelines, and growth targetsIdeal Profile3–5+ years’ experience in a creative leadership role (Creative Director, Art Director, Senior Art Director, or similar)Background in luxury, beauty, fragrance, fashion, or premium consumer brands strongly preferredExperience within creative agencies, production studios, or in-house brand teamsStrong portfolio demonstrating brand-led, concept-driven workComfortable working both strategically and hands-on in an early-stage environmentCapable of building teams and creative processes from scratchEnergetic, driven, and resilient with a startup mindsetArabic and English bilingual skills preferred but not essentialOpen to regional and international candidates; European luxury experience is a plus
