You will be 80% office based in Swansea and then occasional site visits. This business has won several large projects which has secured the next 5 years of work allowing them to enter into a growth phase. The projects range from large scale industrial solar installations to government backed eco installations. In this role you will manage a team of 4 electricians predominantly from the offices in Plasmarl, with occasional site visits. You will be in charge of managing a variety of subcontractors, site visits and tool box chats to make sure projects are completed in a timely manner. This role would suit somebody that is from an electrical background and has experience in solar installation, design and battery storage systems that's want to grow with a rapidly expanding business.
