Your day-to-day will include:
* Reviewing and interpreting lease agreements to ensure compliance.
* Conducting property audits and inspections to confirm lease obligations are met.
* Communicating with tenants about lease conditions, addressing breaches or concerns with clarity and respect.
* Working with landlords and property managers to resolve compliance issues.
* Maintaining accurate records of all lease-related actions, correspondence, and notices.
* Issuing breach notices or reminders where necessary, always with a fair and empathetic approach.
* Guiding tenants through processes, explaining obligations, and answering questions.
* Staying informed on property legislation and industry best practices.
* Contributing ideas to improve compliance processes and enhance tenant engagement.
What We're Looking For
You don't need to tick every box, but here's what will help you succeed in this role:
Core Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in property management, compliance, or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of lease agreements, regulations, and landlord/tenant obligations.
* Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.

* Strong organisational and record-keeping skills.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.
Bonus Skills
* Experience in residential or commercial lease compliance.
* Knowledge of Southport and surrounding areas.
* Relevant qualifications in property management, compliance, or law.
