Salary: £30,000 - £42,000 (dependent on experience)

Based within a state-of-the-art Academy, this role offers the chance to work in a brand-new facility, equipped with industry-standard technology and modern learning environments. You will play a key role in developing the next generation of engineers and supporting the future workforce within the energy and engineering sectors.
The Role
As an Electrical Engineering Lecturer, you will:
Deliver high-quality teaching across electrical engineering programmes
Support learners in both practical workshop settings and classroom environments
Contribute to curriculum development within a rapidly growing department
Inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential
Ensure a safe and engaging learning environment in line with industry standardsEssential Requirements
HNC/HND (Level 4/5) in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
Proven industry experience (e.g. electrical engineering, manufacturing, energy, maintenance)
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation, maintenance, and fault finding
Understanding of health & safety regulations and safe systems of work
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Passion for supporting and developing learnersKey Technical Competencies
Electrical principles and power systems
Industrial installation and maintenance
Fault diagnosis and testing techniques
Motors, drives, and control systems
PLCs and automation fundamentals
Electrical drawings and schematics interpretation
Preventative maintenance and troubleshooting
