Bank/Casual Front of House Tutor - Foxes Academy
Location: Minehead, Somerset
Hourly Rate: £15.56 - £18.62 per hour + 14.5% Holiday Pay
Contract: Bank/Casual Contract - 8 hour shifts - Flexible days to suit you!

The main purpose of the role
As our Bank Front of House Tutor, you will ensure vocational training supports business needs and develop the highest professional standards within Front of House. You will plan, prepare, deliver, and evaluate inspiring, engaging, and individualised sessions of the highest quality that challenge and stretch every student.
All tutors are expected to support students professionally, effectively, and sensitively, manage student behaviour, and seek guidance when needed.
Key duties
* Deliver professional, inspiring, and engaging sessions that challenge and motivate students.
* Plan and prepare assessments, ensure accurate tracking and reporting, and use principles of RARPA.
* Collaborate with colleagues to analyze student performance and implement strategies for progress or improvement.
* Provide timely and effective feedback to students, with proper record-keeping.
* Lead Learning Support Practitioners within sessions and contribute to course and quality development.

Successful candidate qualities
* Level 4 Diploma in Education or higher.
* Experience in vocational training.
* Skills in Front of House roles and assessing skills using RARPA.
* Ability to lead students and LSPs confidently.
* Understanding of quality assurance in education; training will be provided.
* Hospitality qualification is desirable.
