Your tasks and responsibilities
To manage all aspects of Buzz's Apprenticeship Offer.
You will be sourcing appropriate apprenticeship programs tailored to the needs of the individual and Buzz. This involves collaborating with different providers and subject matter experts to determine the skills, competencies, and training requirements for each apprenticeship.
Not only will you onboard external providers you will support the Learners on their journey ensuring the supplier is delivering what's needed to achieve success.
You will oversee and manage the quality of apprenticeship provision provided by Apprenticeship Providers; setting out a quality assurance system to ensure they're measured appropriately and ensure they're driving excellent outcomes for our colleagues.
Your knowledge and experience
A minimum of 2 years working with Apprenticeships and a good knowledge of all the processes from enrolment to EPA, including experience of managing quality assurance.
Excellent levels of Communication, Project Management and IT skills.
Ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, proven by your experience working across both Apprenticeship Providers and Apprentices.
