As Lead Care Assistant, you'll be the go-to person on shift - guiding, supporting, and motivating your team while ensuring our residents receive care that's not only clinically sound but full of compassion and dignity.
Whether you're planning individualised care, managing medications, or simply making sure a resident starts the day with a smile, you'll help create a home where everyone feels safe, valued, and respected.

As a Lead Care Assistant, you'll take ownership of your shift, supporting and inspiring your team to deliver thoughtful, person-centred care. Whether you're helping someone start their morning with dignity, reviewing a care plan to meet evolving needs, or offering reassurance and direction to a junior colleague your presence will make a difference.
You'll bring experience, ideally in supporting people living with dementia, and you'll be confident in administering medication and understanding the bigger picture of each resident's wellbeing. An NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care is essential, but what really matters is your ability to lead with compassion and clarity.
