About the Role
As a Trainee Teacher, you will gain hands-on experience within a supportive school environment, developing the skills, confidence, and classroom practice required for a successful teaching career.
Your responsibilities may include:
* Supporting teaching and learning within the classroom.
* Delivering targeted interventions to individuals and small groups.
* Providing subject-specialist support linked to your degree or area of expertise.
* Working alongside experienced teachers and school leaders.
* Leading lessons and covering classes in the absence of the class teacher.
* Supporting pupil progress, engagement, and behaviour.
* Developing your understanding of planning, assessment, and classroom management.
This role is designed to provide practical classroom experience whilst helping you build a strong foundation for future teacher training applications.
