About the role: As a Receptionist, you will provide a friendly and efficient service to our clients and their animals. Day-to-day duties of the role will include answering phones, responding to emails, booking appointments, registering new clients, completing insurance forms, dispensing medications, taking payments and most importantly, providing a warm and welcoming experience to our clients arriving at the clinic.
