The Successful CNC Miller - Setter, Operator - Package: * £13.64 per hour * Day shift, Monday to Friday * Overtime available at enhanced rates * Long-term position with progression potential * Great working environment and supportive team The Successful CNC Miller - Setter, Operator - Role: * Setting and operating CNC milling machines to produce precision components. * Reading and interpreting technical drawings to machine parts accurately. * Working to tight tolerances, ensuring quality standards are met. * Maintaining a clean and safe work area at all times. * Completing production documentation accurately. * Supporting continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives. The Successful CNC Miller - Setter, Operator - Requirements: * Previous experience setting and operating CNC milling machines. * Ability to read and understand technical drawings. * Strong understanding of tooling, setup, and machining processes. * Good awareness of Health & Safety and quality control. * Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
