As a Senior Carer, you will be instrumental in providing compassionate support and assistance to individuals in need, whether in a care home or through home care services. This role requires a valid driving licence to facilitate transportation for clients as needed. Your core skills in communication will be essential for building trusting relationships with clients and their families.

Responsibilities:
* Assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
* Develop and implement personalised care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
* Maintain accurate records of client progress and care provided.
* Drive clients to appointments or social activities as needed.
* Communicate effectively with clients and their families to address concerns and provide updates.
* Adhere to safety and hygiene standards while delivering care.

* Full, valid UK driving license and proof of legal right to work in the UK.
