Leap29 is continuing to grow, and we’re looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team in Wilmslow. The Role
* Sourcing, screening and qualifying candidates across the full IT stack (software development, infrastructure, cloud, data, cyber, DevOps, ERP, digital, etc.
* Conducting detailed candidate interviews, technical discussions and availability checks
* Winning new clients by proactively calling and emailing potential clients, introducing Leap29 and uncovering hiring needs
* Building relationships by becoming a trusted partner for hiring managers
* Creating engaging content, writing adverts, posts, mailshots and other campaigns to attract candidates
* Owning your market by becoming an expert in your niche sector and geography over time
About You
* Previous experience in a resourcing or recruitment role
* Confidence to pick up the phone, handle objections and keep going
* Target focused mindset and a real desire to progress and earn
* Ability to work at pace and manage multiple live roles simultaneously
Whilst prior recruitment experience is preferred, if you have experience in IT sales and are looking to move into a recruitment role, we will provide all the training needed.
