Job Description Employment Solicitor (4 – 5 PQE) – London Opportunity Summary Hunter Savage, a specialist legal recruitment consultancy led by Managing Director Ronan Savage, is instructed on an opportunity for an Employment Solicitor (4 – 5 PQE) to join a well-regarded London practice. This position offers the chance to work closely with experienced employment solicitors advising employer clients on a broad range of workplace matters. The role would suit a commercially minded Employment Solicitor seeking exposure to complex advisory work, high-quality clients and clear long-term progression. You will join a collaborative team known for delivering practical, business-focused advice to corporate clients across multiple sectors. Practice Focus The successful Employment Solicitor will work across a varied employer-side caseload, including: Day-to-day employment law advice to corporate and commercial clients • Drafting employment contracts, policies and senior executive documentation • Advising on disciplinary, grievance and performance management processes • Supporting redundancy programmes, restructures and workforce changes • Providing employment law support on corporate transactions This role provides excellent exposure to strategic advisory work alongside experienced employment specialists. Candidate Profile Suitable candidates will typically demonstrate: • 4 – 5 years ’ PQE in employment law • Strong experience advising employer clients • Solid technical drafting and analytical skills • A commercial and pragmatic approach to client advice • The ability to manage matters independently within a collaborative team environment Experience within a recognised employment practice is desirable.
