A leading food manufacturer in Leicestershire is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join their production facility just north of Melton Mowbray. Reporting into the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of 5 Shift Supervisors and 15 Maintenance Engineers. The successful candidate will use their knowledge and expertise from an engineering and food background to manage and development the maintenance team. You will work closely with the Engineering Manager and other Operations Managers in the SLT. Ideally you will hold electrical qualifications so you can advise the teams where required on electrical issues and Regulations etc. The company has produced their product range for many years, even decades, and so they try to keep a balance between introducing new innovations and processes against traditional ways of producing!
