We’re looking for a dynamic Director of Operations & Process Excellence to lead the design, implementation, and continuous evolution of our Business Advisory Operating Model. What you'll be doing day to day
1. Design and refine business processes to improve efficiency and service quality.
2. Identify and resolve bottlenecks, implementing best practices to embed operational excellence.
3. Collaborate with IT to select and implement digital solutions, ensuring cost-effectiveness and future readiness.
4. Engage stakeholders across Business Advisory and other service lines to drive alignment and innovation.
5. Oversee the Operations & Resource Committee, including India team processes and resource allocation.
6. Promote adoption of new processes, training, and digital-first approaches using platforms such as Silverfin, Glide, AI, and automation tools.
7. Drive initiatives that support health, wellbeing, community engagement, and diversity.
About you
8. Proven experience in operations leadership, process improvement, and change management.
9. Strong skills in process mapping, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
10. Background in finance preferred but not essential.
11. Tech-savvy with experience in digital tools and emerging technologies.
12. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
13. Commercial awareness and risk management expertise.
14. Full, clean driving licence and access to a car insured for business use.
