The school caters for young people from 7-16 Years old and focuses on their emotional as well as academic development. The school is looking for a confident and resilient individual that is able to engage with reluctant learners on a one-to-one basis and in the classroom. Ideally the successful teaching assistant will have physical and verbal de-escalation training. The successful teaching assistant will be supporting learners who are under performing in their subjects and assist them when implementing strategies to benefit the learners in self-esteem and confidence. You must be a strong role model, motivated and dedicated to providing outstanding teaching support.
